Gt2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the gt2 platform by all members in Malaysia. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of the services provided.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change; users will be notified via their account whenever any amendments are made.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By registering an account or using any gt2 services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as the associated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the gt2 platform.

To use the gt2 platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age of majority under applicable Malaysian law;
  • A legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement;
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited or restricted by local law;
  • Register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

Gt2 reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration at any time. Accounts found to contain false or misleading information are subject to suspension or closure without prior notice.

2. Account Creation and Information Security

Registration and Single Account

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on gt2. Owning multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any funds withheld pending investigation. When registering, you are responsible for ensuring that the email address, phone number, and other personal details provided are accurate and valid.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. gt2 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any support channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify customer support immediately at [email protected]. gt2 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Identity Verification

Gt2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other supporting documents at any time — particularly during the withdrawal process or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Inactive Accounts

Any account showing no login activity or transactions for twelve (12) consecutive months will be considered inactive. gt2 reserves the right to impose a reasonable monthly administrative fee on inactive accounts after notice has been sent to the registered email address, subject to the current policy stated in the user's account.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

As a gt2 user, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You specifically agree not to:

  • Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or exploit the gt2 platform;
  • Attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform's systems or data in any way;
  • Registering using another person's identity or impersonating any other entity;
  • Engaging in money laundering or assisting any third party in suspicious financial activity through this platform;
  • Abusing the bonus or promotion system through arbitrage techniques, the use of multiple accounts, or other fraudulent methods;
  • Sharing or selling account access to any other party.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any bonus balance, and legal action where applicable. gt2 reserves the right to use its own discretion in determining whether a violation has occurred and what action is appropriate.

4. Payments, Deposits, and MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the gt2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details registered are accurate and belong to themselves.

Deposit

Deposits are processed via supported payment methods including instant bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Minimum deposit amounts are set in accordance with the current policy displayed in the user account. gt2 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified according to the user's VIP tier. Withdrawals are only permitted to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply based on the current account tier.

Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption. gt2 conducts continuous transaction monitoring to detect any suspicious activity. Any transaction suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

Refund Policy and Transaction Disputes

Given the nature of online entertainment services, deposits that have been used for gameplay are generally non-refundable. In the event of a technical error that causes losses to a user due to a gt2 system fault, an investigation will be conducted and any resolution will be made in accordance with fair internal policy. 5. Liability Limitations and Account Termination Policy

Gt2 Limitation of Liability

Gt2 and its related parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruptions, or financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes.

The gt2 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. While gt2 strives to keep the platform running without interruption, availability of the service cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Account Suspension and Closure

Gt2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

  • Breach of these terms and conditions;
  • Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
  • Account closure requested by the user;
  • Legal or regulatory compliance requirements;
  • Inactive accounts as per the stated policy.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, gt2 reserves the right to hold any remaining balance until the investigation is concluded. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support to initiate the closure process.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Terms Amendments

Intellectual Property

All content on the gt2 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of gt2 or its relevant licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent from gt2.

Third-Party Links and Services

The gt2 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. gt2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

Gt2 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-account notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after such amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
